What Happens When I Place An Order?
We will email you an invoice that will give you a final costing with the shipping cost included. When we have received your confirmation, we will process your order. An email will then be sent confirming date of shipment.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Your freight will be calculated when we received your order. You will be notified of this by return email
Can I order by telephone?
Absolutely, if you are not comfortable with the Shopping Cart system
What If I Have Queries Or Need To Add Additional Information With My Order?
No problem. The Shopping Cart includes a special Queries Box for this purpose.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
For NZ customers we accept debit cards or credit cards.
How do I know it is safe to use my credit card?
The transaction system is hosted on a secure server, and all details are encrypted so they cannot be intercepted by third parties
What about New Zealand Taxes for non-NZ customers ?
NZ tax is included in all our product prices, but this tax will be deducted from the ticket prices of the items ordered at checkout stage..
Can My Order be Shipped to a Post Office Box?
Unfortunately not. You will need to provide a physical address to have your order delivered.
How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?
All orders will be shipped airmail. It normally takes 10 - 14 working days anywhere in the world.
Do you insure the packages?
Yes. We have insurance covering theft and accidental damage to the packages whilst in transit. Once the package has been delivered and signed for however, the packages are no longer covered by insurance.
What happens if the item I buy doesn't fit?
We will exchange for another size or colour if we have stock, otherwise a refund may be given. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the shipping costs, so please follow our sizing guides carefully. We will be happy to assist you by phone or email with any queries.
